Split, part, divide, peel back. Is different. Does surface. We’re like shells with bendy legs, but skin would call a poor eye simple.
It’s easy to deceive. It’s easy to tease, but hard to get release.

Schil in Dutch, means to peel, and is also the root word for verschil, or difference.

Schil questions the boundaries of bodies and identities and asks us to consider the nature of vulnerability, the longing for connection, and the basic generosity of being a social and self-virtualizing creature.
